Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of the order being received. This changes throughout sale periods, where it can take up to 5-7 business days to ship your order.
Please allow the exception of public holidays & weekends.
Pre-order items will be shipped once the stock has arrived in our store. Unfortunately, we cannot split your order to be sent seperately so if you would like particular items sent earlier please place 2 seperate orders.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125. Anything below this amount has a $10 flat rate standard shipping charge. Express shipping is available upon extra cost & selection at the checkout.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped & tracking details will be provided.
A refund or replacement will be offered on all faulty or incorrect products returned unworn and/or unused, with all tags/packaging attached & intact.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Refunds will also not be provided if your order was placed within a sale or with a discount.
If you need to return an item within your 14 days of purchase, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange. Please do not return anything back to us without prior approval.
